This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Work in partnership with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives
• Keep precise records and confirm that services comply with ethical and clinical guidelines
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Fully remote role with flexible work hours
• No restrictions on minimum or maximum caseloads
• Absence of non-compete clauses
• LBA Expansion Program offering assistance and reimbursement for acquiring additional state licensure
