This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to meet treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related area.
• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for additional state licensure.
• Assigned BCBA Success Manager providing continuous support and ensuring clinical and professional success.
