This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral assessments and create personalized ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Keep precise documentation and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Preferred experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
