This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the clinical aspects of care by creating and managing ABA treatment plans.
• Mentor and guide behavior technicians as well as case supervisors.
• Assist families in achieving meaningful progress.
• Collaborate closely with the State Director.
• Design, monitor, and enhance ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors effectively.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), update client programs, and track their progress.
• Offer coaching and support to parents.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and reporting.
• Facilitate monthly training sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest research and share best practices with the team.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a similar field.
• BCBA certification or status as a qualifying licensed healthcare professional.
• Credentialing with TMHP (Texas Medicaid Health Plan), Texas Children’s, UHC, and WellPoint.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis within a remote setting.
• Preferred: Experience in developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.
• Preferred: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor.
