This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Supervise and ensure the integrity of ABA programs, both online and in-person.
• Provide support and coaching to Clinical Leaders (Mid-Level Supervisors) and Behavior Specialists.
• Prepare and evaluate treatment plans, progress reports, and necessary documentation.
• Ensure adherence to clinical and payer standards.
• Lead training sessions and initiatives for clinical development.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and Operations teams on quality assurance, compliance, and other projects.
• Promote clinical excellence at both individual and systemic levels.
• Deliver high-quality, ethical, and data-informed ABA services while enhancing client experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Current BCBA credential.
• At least two years of professional experience in ABA.
• Excellent communication and clinical leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel within service regions.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
