BAS Controls System Estimator/Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversees the pre-sales development process for Johnson Controls Metasys Building Automation System (BAS) solutions.

• Manages the Major Projects project development process for opportunities throughout North America.

• Offers technical sales support to opportunities that are currently in the sales pipeline.

• Creates specifications, system diagrams, and sequence of operations documentation for inclusion in project documents.

• Conducts detailed engineering or cost impact analyses to identify cost savings or other advantages for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.

• Proven computer and analytical abilities.

• Experience in Installation Operations as an Application Engineer or Installation Project Manager is preferred.

• Five to seven years of experience in Controls sales/operations related to HVAC systems and project cost development for Building Automation Systems (BAS).
