Bankruptcy Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Primarily responsible for managing routine bankruptcy matters.

• Draft and evaluate all pleadings and claims submitted in the specific case.

• Attend scheduled hearings as required.

• Address general bankruptcy inquiries across the firm.

• Review filings on behalf of clients.

• Oversee all electronic filings (ECFs).

• Resolve standard bankruptcy issues such as Motions for Relief, Objections to Confirmation, and Proofs of Claim, among others.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the Court.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bankruptcy law.

• Familiarity with bankruptcy regulations and general Creditor Rights laws.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.

• Must possess a valid license to practice law in Arizona.
