This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee bank syndication financing for national accounts and corporate banking teams.
• Assist in the daily management of bank syndication files.
• Input transactions such as disbursements, refunds, and renewals.
• Generate notices, rate confirmations, and account statements for files where the department serves as the administrative agent.
• Process, track, validate, and oversee accounting operations involving information analysis.
• Reconcile accounting operations and conduct quality control checks.
• Ensure adherence to monitoring and authorization procedures.
• Manage documentation and update assigned files accordingly.
• Create, revise, analyze, and update documents and reports as necessary.
• College diploma in administration, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Other combinations of qualifications and pertinent experience may be taken into account.
• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with the Office 365 suite is required.
