This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Oversee bank syndication financing for national accounts and corporate banking divisions.
β’ Assist in the daily management of bank syndication files.
β’ Input transactions such as disbursements, refunds, and renewals.
β’ Generate notices, rate confirmations, and account statements for files where the department serves as the administrative agent.
β’ Manage processing, follow-up, validation, and monitoring tasks related to accounting operations that involve information analysis.
β’ Reconcile and execute quality control checks on accounting operations.
β’ Ensure adherence to monitoring and authorization procedures to guarantee that accounting operations are complete and accurate.
β’ Organize documents and update files for which you are accountable.
β’ Create, modify, analyze, and refresh various documents and reports.
β’ A college diploma in administration, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
β’ At least three years of pertinent experience.
β’ Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be taken into account.
β’ Proficiency in French is mandatory.
β’ Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is necessary due to the nature of the responsibilities, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients.
β’ Familiarity with the Office 365 suite is required.
