Bancarization Internship, Accounting & Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.

• Provide consultative, solution-oriented assistance to clients by addressing inquiries and mediating conflicts with partners and suppliers.

• Input credit transactions into the system and oversee the sale of these assets to affiliated funds.

• Assist in managing the Balance Sheet and Income Statement (DRE), ensuring the figures accurately represent the strategic reality of the business.

• Conduct accounts payable and receivable processes, financial reconciliations, and administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.

• Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports utilizing data from the bankarization area and client information.

• As our organization is continually evolving, we expect you to quickly adapt to new scenarios and contribute to the enhancement of our internal processes by suggesting efficiency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

• Residence: Preference for candidates based in Curitiba and the surrounding areas.

• Experience: Previous exposure to accounting/financial processes and comfort in working with Income Statements (DRE) and Balance Sheets.

• Tools: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (required), Google Drive, and collaborative tools such as Notion.

• Organization and Adaptability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt—bankarization is a process-driven field.
