Backend .NET Developer II – Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Backend Development: Independently implement scalable solutions of medium to high complexity.

• Quality and Testing: Ensure the delivery of clean and secure code with comprehensive unit and integration test coverage, and engage in code review processes.

• Security: Integrate Security by Design principles throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• Maintenance and Observability: Proactively investigate production incidents and utilize tracing and logging tools to enhance performance.

• Architecture and Documentation: Work collaboratively on the technical design of solutions with specialists while maintaining thorough documentation.

• Innovation and Mentoring: Investigate emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and serve as a technical reference or informal mentor for junior developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in backend software engineering.

• Technology Stack: Proficient in C# and .NET, with solid experience in MongoDB and messaging systems (like RabbitMQ or similar).

• Engineering and Quality: Expertise in SOLID principles, object-oriented design, and automated testing (both unit and integration).

• Architecture and Cloud: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS) and microservices architecture.

• Security and Performance: Understanding of application security (e.g., OWASP Top 10), hardening techniques, and a proven track record in enhancing scalability for transactional applications.

• Business Knowledge: Practical experience and a strong understanding of processes and solutions within the financial sector.

• Innovation and Methodology: Experience or familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, along with a strong command of agile methodologies.
