Backend Engineer, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

• Ensure the provision of dependable backend systems

• Engage with APIs, cloud services, microservices, integrations, and testing frameworks

• Collaborate effectively with teams across the globe

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in software development

• Extensive hands-on experience in Python backend development

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining APIs

• Strong grasp of backend architecture, clean coding principles, and software design patterns

• Knowledge of testing practices and tools, including unit and integration testing, as well as mocks

• Experience with database systems, whether SQL or NoSQL

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Proficient in English, with a minimum B2 level proficiency; C1 preferred
