Backend Engineer, PHP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Become a member of a diverse team comprising 5-10 individuals, including designers, backend, frontend, mobile, and data engineers.

• Assist a platform engineering team while working quickly, experimenting, and gaining extensive knowledge.

• Develop innovative products for a rapidly expanding user base of over 20 million active users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to articulate your thoughts clearly through code.

• Quick and effective problem-solving skills.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Openness to receiving and integrating feedback.

• Foundational knowledge of AWS, Terraform, and Docker.

• Basic understanding of common design patterns such as CQRS, circuit breaking, and service orchestration.

• Capability to actively participate in architectural discussions.

• Self-motivated learner who takes initiative in gathering requirements from incomplete specifications.

• Willingness to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where experimentation and iteration are encouraged.
