Backend Engineer, Golang

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain backend services utilizing Golang

• Assist with migration processes for an expanding SaaS product

• Create scalable, dependable, and maintainable backend solutions

• Work together with cross-functional teams to enhance and deliver technical specifications

• Contribute to a flexible delivery framework as project requirements evolve

• Engage in technical discussions and interviews when necessary to ensure a strong team alignment

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in Golang backend development

• Background in working with SaaS products or scalable backend systems

• Capacity to adapt in a dynamic project environment

• Willingness to undertake occasional on-site work in Vilnius

• Proficiency in the Lithuanian language is preferred

• Excellent collaboration abilities and a cultural fit within a fast-paced product team
