This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• You will be engaged in developing AI-driven systems that address genuine business challenges by merging code, APIs, and AI technologies to deliver dependable and scalable solutions.

• Create and implement AI-enhanced workflows and backend infrastructures.

• Design solutions that integrate APIs, scripts, and AI agents effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to comprehend issues and transform them into technical solutions.

• Rapidly prototype solutions while also refining and fortifying systems over time.

• Enhance solutions (e.g., minimizing token usage, boosting performance).

• Troubleshoot and modify systems when they don’t function as anticipated.

• Maintain documentation of your work and articulate your thought process clearly.

• Experience in developing backend systems, scripts, or APIs.
