Backend Developer – PHP/Node

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the product team to implement features and enhancements to existing functionalities;

• Design and develop backend services employing well-structured technical solutions;

• Engage in discussions related to product architecture;

• Assess solutions, their impacts, and risks while estimating the effort required;

• Conduct evolutionary maintenance on the system, working with legacy code;

• Support the Quality Analyst in formulating the QA strategy;

• Share insights and knowledge with fellow team members;

• Strive to understand the business domain.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of systems analysis, architecture, and development;

• Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework;

• Familiarity with the MVC architectural pattern;

• Experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and data modeling;

• Basic front-end skills: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery);

• Knowledge of Git / GitFlow;

• Proven experience and expertise in projects utilizing Node.js;

• Experience with Docker;
