Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and implementation of backend systems and APIs

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to interpret business needs

• Engage in architectural discussions and decision-making processes

• Offer technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers

• Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality

• Detect and resolve performance issues and security risks

• Partner with DevOps to enhance deployment workflows

• Keep abreast of industry trends and assess their effects on systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in backend development

• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture

• Strong comprehension of financial domain concepts

• Proficient in PostgreSQL and MongoDB

• Familiarity with messaging systems and caching solutions

• Experience with cloud services and containerization technologies

• Previous work experience in a regulated financial environment
