Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain services and applications using Spring Boot and related technologies.

• Design, build, and consume REST APIs and SOAP services.

• Engage in the analysis, design, and development of software solutions according to business requirements.

• Implement integrations using API management platforms like Apigee.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper implementation of functionalities.

• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.

• Participate in code reviews and apply best development practices.

• Assist in resolving incidents and making evolutionary improvements to applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in backend development.

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

• Knowledge and experience in integration using SOAP services.

• Experience with API management platforms, preferably Apigee.

• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL queries.

• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.

• Experience in unit and integration testing.

• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
