This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

• Develop and sustain the backend infrastructure for our applications.

• Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to address complex technical issues.

• Design and create scalable, robust backend services.

• Develop APIs and integrate third-party services along with Solana RPCs.

• Manage databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to ensure data integrity and security.

• Implement caching strategies using Redis to enhance performance.

• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (DigitalOcean, Google Cloud Platform).

• Write unit and integration tests using Jest to guarantee code quality and reliability.

• Work in tandem with frontend developers and other team members for seamless integration.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in backend development, focusing on web2/web3 technologies.

• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and PrismaJS.

• Experience with cloud services (Google Cloud Platform, DigitalOcean) and DevOps methodologies.

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture, microservices design patterns, and the ability to design scalable systems.
