Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain our web application.

• Participate in architectural decisions, influence our technology stack, and contribute to the overarching product vision.

• Create resilient pipelines for document and email processing, as well as third-party integrations that can manage spikes in volume effectively.

• Design and enhance agents for our expanding template library.

• Enhance our RAG / knowledge base system, including embeddings, semantic search, and reranking.

• Work within an AI-first development environment driven by Claude/Cursor.

• Oversee version control and team collaboration using GitHub.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business informatics or computer science, OR relevant programming experience, OR experience in automation.

• Proficient English language skills for clear communication within the team.

• Proficiency in German is not required.

• Strong technical understanding and effective problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to perform well under pressure.

• Fast learner with a disciplined approach to work.
