Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain our web application.

• Participate in architectural decisions, influence our technology stack, and shape the overall product vision.

• Create reliable pipelines for processing documents and emails, as well as managing third-party integrations that efficiently handle volume surges.

• Develop and enhance agents for our expanding template library.

• Expand our Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) / knowledge base system, including embeddings, semantic search, and reranking.

• Work within an AI-first development environment supported by Claude/Cursor.

• Oversee version control and team collaboration through GitHub.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or equivalent programming or automation experience.

• Proficient English skills for clear communication within the team.

• Proficiency in German is not required.

• Strong technical understanding and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to perform well under pressure.

• Quick learner with a disciplined work approach.
