Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the development and advancement of backend solutions, encompassing technical design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance

• Participate in technical refinement, architectural discussions, and solution formulation

• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, and Design teams

• Contribute to technical decisions, establish standards, and promote development best practices

• Identify, prioritize, and address bugs as well as technical debt

• Ensure the quality, stability, and scalability of the solutions provided

• Share expertise and contribute to the Backend Chapter

• Assist in the technical development of team members, particularly those at Mid and Senior levels

• Take part in recruitment processes, supporting technical interviews for more senior positions

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory

• Understanding of programming logic, object-oriented programming, data structures, and APIs

• Experience or familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases

• Acquaintance with software architectures (such as monolith, microservices, event-driven, etc.)

• Experience with or interest in agile methodologies

• A keen interest in DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), quality assurance, and observability
