📋 Description

• Design and execute multi-file coding tasks encompassing bug fixes, feature enhancements, code refactoring, and testing.

• Create clear, natural-language specifications along with reference implementations.

• Develop and enhance unit and integration test suites.

• Evaluate peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure scenarios.

• Ensure consistency between specifications, code, and anticipated outputs.

• Advanced professional writing proficiency in English.

• 3–7 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production systems.

• Demonstrated ability to debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases.
