Backend Developer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Create and execute multi-file coding assignments that involve bug fixing, feature creation, refactoring, and testing.

• Compose clear specifications in natural language along with reference implementations.

• Develop and enhance unit and integration testing suites.

• Evaluate peer-generated tasks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Detect edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure modes.

• Maintain consistency between specifications, code, and anticipated outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced written proficiency in English is essential.

• 3–7 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go is a plus.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing).

• Demonstrated ability to debug and work through large, multi-file codebases.

• Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and managing production migrations.
