Backend Developer, AI Specialist – Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze requirements and create innovative software solutions, primarily focused on integration with AI systems, based on requests from the product team;

• This position will heavily emphasize the creation, maintenance, and scaling of AI Agents;

• Assist in enhancing development processes and improving existing solutions;

• Ensure that documentation remains current and aligns with the latest system and tool versions;

• Prioritize delivery quality, which includes the development and maintenance of automated tests (unit, functional, and BDD);

• Keep abreast of the technology market to guarantee that the team utilizes best practices and the latest technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in backend development using Python;

• Knowledge of PHP and Golang is advantageous;

• Previous involvement in AI-related projects is essential;

• Familiarity with LangChain, along with RAG techniques, fine-tuning, etc., is required;

• Experience in requirements analysis and working with REST APIs;

• Proficiency with Git/Git Flow;

• Experience using Docker;

• Knowledge of MySQL;

• Experience with AWS Cloud;

• Background in unit testing and BDD;

• Understanding of MVC Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, and CQRS;

• Comfort with agile culture and methodologies.
