Backend Developer, AI, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze requirements and create innovative software solutions, primarily concentrating on AI integrations, as requested by the product team;

• This position will heavily emphasize integrations with WhatsApp and other market communication platforms;

• Assist in enhancing development processes and improving existing solutions;

• Ensure that documentation is consistently updated and corresponds with the latest versions of systems and tools;

• Maintain a strong emphasis on delivery quality, which includes the creation and upkeep of automated tests (unit, functional, and BDD);

• Keep abreast of advancements in the technology market to ensure the team employs best practices and the most current technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in backend development utilizing Python;

• Knowledge of PHP and Golang is advantageous;

• Previous involvement in projects related to AI is mandatory;

• Experience with LangChain and techniques like RAG and fine-tuning is required;

• Familiarity with requirements analysis and RESTful APIs;

• Proficient with Git/Git Flow;

• Experience working with Docker;

• Knowledge of MySQL;

• Experience with AWS Cloud;

• Familiarity with unit testing and BDD;

• Understanding of MVC architecture, Hexagonal architecture, and CQRS;

• Acquainted with agile culture and methodologies.
