Backend Developer, AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Design and uphold our web application.

• Participate in architectural decisions, shape our technology stack, and contribute to the overall vision of the product.

• Construct resilient pipelines for document and email processing, along with third-party integrations that can manage volume surges effectively.

• Create and enhance agents for our expanding template library.

• Expand our RAG/knowledge-base system (embeddings, semantic search, re-ranking).

• Operate in an AI-first development setting powered by Claude/Cursor.

• Oversee version control and foster team collaboration through GitHub.

• A completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or equivalent practical programming or automation experience.

• Proficient English skills for effective communication within the team.

• German language skills are not required.

• A solid technical foundation and strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work well under performance pressure.

• A quick learner with a disciplined and dependable work ethic.
