This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Managing customer emails through a ticketing system
• Ongoing maintenance and follow-up with current customers
• Providing support via telephone
• Handling customer record processing
• Fluent German speaker
• Basic computer proficiency
• Fully equipped home office setup (desk, chair, internet, laptop or desktop, noise-cancelling headset)
• Strong motivation and dedication
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Competitive monthly salary (€750.00 - €850.00)
• Fully remote work opportunity
• Work hours from 08:00 to 17:00 (German time)
• Maximum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (weekends off)
• 20 vacation days plus all German public holidays off
