Back-end Developer, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Designing and developing applications in Python utilizing various frameworks, predominantly Django.

• Crafting technical solutions, including the selection of technologies in line with project specifications.

• Writing unit and functional tests to ensure application reliability.

• Overseeing code quality and implementing optimization strategies.

• Collaborating closely with team members, including PMs, UI/UX Designers, Front-End Developers, and POs.

• Actively engaging in the company's activities and fostering a positive team atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• A higher education degree or in the final years of technical studies.

• Professional experience as a Python developer, with a minimum of 3 years.

• Extensive experience in web development using Django (preferred) or other Python-based frameworks.

• Strong object-oriented programming skills.

• Advanced understanding of Python programming best practices.

• Familiarity with the Git version control system.

• Proficiency in Polish at a minimum C1 level (mandatory).

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level (mandatory).

• Excellent team collaboration skills, with a commitment to the company’s growth and culture.
