This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Analyze and address root causes within essential modules to minimize incident recurrence.
• Schedule and adhere to technical deadlines across projects, including milestones, change windows, releases, and rollbacks.
• Set up client environments (configurations, access, parameters) and execute integrations (REST, messaging, webhooks).
• Design and modify services while refactoring legacy (.NET/C#) code, emphasizing performance, security, and scalability.
• Create and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, regression) and enhance observability (logs, metrics, tracing) to lower MTTR.
• Carry out comprehensive code reviews and reverse pair programming to expedite N2 (second-level support).
• Assess priorities based on impact/severity and align technical scope with business teams (Implementation/Customer Success/Sales).
• Ensure smooth handovers to Product when a request necessitates a change in the roadmap.
• Engage in agile practices, eliminate obstacles, and uphold SLAs and delivery quality.
• Assist with vendor governance (scope, acceptance criteria, technical validation).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related disciplines (postgraduate education is advantageous).
• Experience: Over 5 years in Back-end .NET (C#), working with critical systems and legacy code; demonstrated experience in technical mentoring.
• Stack/Practices: ASP.NET Core, background services/workers, and legacy code refactoring.
• Proficient in SQL Server (tuning, indexes, query plans).
• Integrations: Experience with REST, messaging (e.g., Azure Service Bus/RabbitMQ), and OAuth2/OpenID.
• Architecture: Familiarity with DDD, Clean Architecture, modularization, and design patterns.
• Testing: Knowledge of xUnit/nUnit; integration and regression testing.
• DevOps/Cloud: Proficient in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Azure Portal; experience with Git (GitFlow).
