Back-end Developer C# .NET III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• High-Complexity Development: Lead the technical implementation of complex and critical features and solutions within the GB Finance domain, functioning as the primary hands-on developer for the squad.

• Code Quality and Testing: Produce clean, efficient, and secure code; actively engage in code review processes and ensure comprehensive coverage of unit, integration, and regression tests for features developed.

• Information Security: Implement Information Security policies (Security by Design) throughout the development lifecycle, conduct risk assessments, and ensure that solutions adhere to internal and regulatory standards.

• Production Support: Act as a technical resource for product support in production environments, spearheading the investigation and resolution of complex incidents and issues (troubleshooting) to maintain system stability and availability.

• Optimization and Performance: Gather and analyze performance metrics, utilizing observability tools (tracing, logs) to identify bottlenecks and recommend/implement solutions that enhance system efficiency and scalability.

• Architectural Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Specialists and Tech Leads on solution planning and architectural design, emphasizing technical feasibility, sustainability, and maintainability.

• Innovation and AI: Investigate and implement technological innovations that provide value to GB Finance products and processes, including the application of Artificial Intelligence concepts to enhance solution efficiency and intelligence.

• Mentoring and Technical Reference: Serve as a technical reference for the team, actively encouraging improvements in code quality, design, and services (informal mentoring of Mid and Junior developers).

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring a robust knowledge base is available for reference and consultation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience (at least 5 years) in backend software engineering, with a background in Senior-level positions.

• Extensive experience with C#, .NET, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ (or another message broker).

• Profound expertise in automated testing (unit and integration), SOLID principles, and object-oriented design.

• Strong understanding of cloud computing (GCP/AWS) and microservices architecture.

• Advanced knowledge of application security (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and system hardening techniques.

• Familiarity or experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science concepts, along with experience in integrating AI models into backend systems.

• Proven success in performance optimization and scalability of transactional applications, with solid knowledge of financial processes and solutions.

• Understanding of agile methodologies and best practices in software development.
