Back-end Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain back-end web applications.

• Collaborate with engineers to innovate, create, and scale our products using contemporary technologies and best practices.

• Work closely with developers, front-end developers, and the marketing department.

• Resolve bugs and implement enhancements during each development iteration.

• Engage in software department activities such as code and design reviews, project planning, and regular meetings.

• Adhere to company-established best practices and protocols.

• Contribute to a variety of client projects across diverse industries and sectors.

• Maintain the component system of the website.

• Develop and improve internal tools for managing requests.

• Implement both functional and technical solutions.

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.

• Understand and address performance issues, including those related to SQL Databases.

• Collaborate with DevOps and CI/CD tools to build, release, and monitor the platform.

• Troubleshoot technical challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Python is advantageous.

• Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL is a plus.

• Understanding of C# / .NET 5, .NET Core, and .NET Framework is considered beneficial.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent command of English and Greek, both spoken and written.

• Military service completed (for male candidates).

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
