This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services utilizing Kotlin / Java, microservices, and REST APIs.

• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle within an Agile framework (Scrum).

• Assist in the analysis and definition of technical requirements, user stories, and solution architecture.

• Implement and integrate security and identity-related solutions, including Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

• Collaborate with CI/CD pipelines to facilitate automated testing and deployment in Docker-based environments.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams, including architects, DevOps, and product stakeholders.

• Ensure code quality by writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in accordance with best practices.

• Aid in troubleshooting, performance enhancement, and ongoing improvement of backend systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 2 years of professional experience in backend development using Kotlin and/or Java.

• Strong expertise in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and Swagger/OpenAPI.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Comprehensive experience with CI/CD tools and automated pipelines, including Docker.

• Solid understanding of backend system integration and testing.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
