This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Identify and seek out new business opportunities within the USA market.

• Conduct research to approach potential clients, partners, and key decision-makers.

• Establish, nurture, and sustain robust relationships with both prospective and current clients.

• Comprehend clients’ needs regarding operations, communication, and digital transformation.

• Clearly present Letshare’s solutions and align them with each client’s unique business challenges.

• Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.

• Discover partnership opportunities that will facilitate Letshare’s growth in the US market.

• Keep precise records of sales activities, pipeline progression, client feedback, and market insights.

• Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure client expectations are accurately understood and communicated.

• Enhance customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and clear communication.

• Consistently meet or surpass established sales targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.

• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, or B2B commercial roles.

• Strong background in selling to companies within the US market.

• Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.

• Experience in selling SaaS, software, digital solutions, IT services, operational tools, or technology products is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with manufacturing, operations, internal communication, digital transformation, or process improvement solutions is a bonus.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and maintain motivation in a commission-based setting.

• Strong networking, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.

• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
