This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and target senior living and retirement communities located in South Florida.
• Engage with decision makers, including executive directors and administrators.
• Conduct onsite visits and facilitate relationship-building meetings.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities.
• Guide the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final agreement closures.
• Clearly and professionally present Geeks OnSite services and the value of partnerships.
• Address objections and negotiate agreements with facility leadership.
• Ensure accurate tracking within the CRM and follow-up activities.
• Conduct technology workshops on-site for residents after partnerships are formed.
• Teach seniors the practical use of technology in an engaging and straightforward manner.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with partner communities.
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or territory sales.
• Proven experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional demeanor and confidence in client-facing situations.
• Capability to work independently and manage a designated territory.
• Reliable personal transportation is essential.
• Preferred qualifications include:
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or community partnership sales.
• Familiarity with onsite presentations or group facilitation.
• Background in relationship-driven or field-based sales roles.
