B2B Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to engage with businesses and potential clients

• Manage incoming calls and follow up with interested leads

• Communicate with business owners, managers, and other key decision-makers

• Develop rapport and foster relationships through authentic conversations

• Assess customer needs to determine the suitability of products/services

• Offer solutions and make sales proposals in a conversational manner

• Follow up with leads via phone and additional communication methods

• Maintain precise notes and customer details within company databases

• Juggle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the day

• Address objections and guide discussions towards a sale

• Connect with automotive dealerships, medical clinics, dental offices, and various professional organizations through a mix of inbound and outbound sales efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B preferred

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities

• At ease speaking with business owners and decision-makers

• Confident in making cold calls and initiating discussions with new contacts

• Capable of engaging in casual conversations without relying on a script

• Strong aptitude for quick thinking and responding naturally to customer inquiries

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks including phone calls, computer systems, research, and customer information

• Self-driven and motivated to achieve or surpass sales targets

• Resilient in the face of rejection and eager to pursue the next opportunity

• Professional, upbeat, and personable communication style

• Proficient computer skills and typing ability

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team player

• Availability to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday

• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week
