B2B Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and businesses.

• Manage incoming calls and follow up with interested leads.

• Engage with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.

• Develop rapport and build relationships through authentic conversation.

• Assess customer needs to determine the suitability of products/services.

• Present solutions and extend sales offers in a conversational manner.

• Follow up with leads via phone and various communication channels.

• Maintain detailed notes and customer records in company systems.

• Handle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the day.

• Address objections and guide discussions towards a sale.

• Connect with various business sectors including automotive dealerships, medical clinics, dental offices, and other professional organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business-to-business interactions is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Comfortable interacting with business owners and decision-makers.

• Confident in making cold calls and starting conversations with new contacts.

• Capable of having casual, engaging discussions without relying on scripts.

• Strong aptitude for thinking quickly and responding naturally to customer inquiries.

• Comfortable multitasking between phone calls, computer systems, research, and customer data.

• Self-motivated and driven to achieve or surpass sales targets.

• Resilient in the face of rejection and eager to pursue new opportunities.

• Professional, positive, and personable communication style.

• Proficient in computer use and typing skills.

• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

• Availability to work from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday through Friday.

• Paid training, typically lasting 1 week from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (CST).
