B2B Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and potential clients

• Manage inbound calls and follow up with interested leads

• Engage with business owners, managers, and other key decision-makers

• Foster rapport and build relationships through genuine conversation

• Assess customer needs and evaluate the suitability of products/services

• Deliver solutions and present sales proposals in a conversational manner

• Follow up with prospects via phone and various communication channels

• Keep precise notes and customer data in company systems

• Handle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the day

• Address objections and steer discussions toward a sale

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business-to-business interactions is preferred

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities

• Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers

• Confident in making cold calls and starting conversations with new contacts

• Capable of having casual, engaging discussions without relying on a script

• Strong aptitude for quick thinking and responding naturally to customer inquiries

• Able to multitask between phone calls, computer systems, research, and customer data

• Self-motivated and driven to achieve or surpass sales targets

• Resilient in the face of rejection and eager to pursue the next opportunity

• Professional, positive, and personable communication style

• Proficient in computer usage and typing skills

• Ability to work autonomously while also being an effective team player

• Must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY

• Paid training, generally lasting 1 week from 7:00am–4:00pm Monday–Friday (MST)
