B2B Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and prospective customers.

• Manage incoming calls and follow up with interested leads.

• Engage with business owners, managers, and other key decision-makers.

• Develop rapport and cultivate relationships through natural dialogue.

• Assess customer needs and evaluate the suitability of products/services.

• Deliver solutions and present sales offers in a conversational manner.

• Follow up with prospects using phone and various communication methods.

• Keep precise notes and maintain customer information in company databases.

• Juggle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the day.

• Navigate objections and guide discussions toward closing a sale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B preferred.

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• At ease speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

• Confident in making cold calls and starting conversations with new prospects.

• Capable of engaging in casual conversations without depending on a script.

• Strong aptitude for thinking on your feet and responding naturally to customer inquiries.

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks, including phone calls, computer systems, research, and customer data.

• Self-driven and motivated to achieve or surpass sales targets.

• Resilient in facing rejection and eager to pursue subsequent opportunities.

• Professional, upbeat, and approachable communication style.

• Proficient in computer usage and typing skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY.

• Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST.
