This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and prospective customers

• Manage incoming calls and follow up with interested leads

• Engage with business owners, managers, and other key decision-makers

• Build rapport and foster relationships through genuine conversation

• Assess customer needs and evaluate the suitability of products/services

• Present solutions and make sales proposals in a conversational manner

• Follow up with prospects via phone and various communication channels

• Keep precise notes and maintain customer information within company systems

• Handle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks on a daily basis

• Address objections and steer conversations towards closing a sale

• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business-to-business interactions is preferred

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities

• Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers

• Self-assured in making cold calls and initiating discussions with new contacts

• Capable of conducting informal, engaging conversations without a script

• Strong ability to think on your feet and respond naturally to customer inquiries

• Proficient in multitasking between phone calls, computer systems, research, and customer data

• Self-motivated and committed to achieving or surpassing sales targets

• Resilient in hearing “no” and eager to pursue the next opportunity

• Professional, positive, and personable communication style

• Strong computer proficiency and typing skills

• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player

• Available to work from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST, Monday through Friday

• Committed to a full-time schedule of 40 hours

• Paid training, typically lasting 1 week from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday (EST)

• Eligible for benefits starting on the first of the month following 60 days of employment
