B2B Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and potential clients.

• Manage inbound calls and follow up with interested leads.

• Engage with business owners, managers, and other key decision-makers.

• Foster rapport and build relationships through natural dialogue.

• Assess customer needs to determine the suitability of products/services.

• Present solutions and propose sales offers in a conversational manner.

• Follow up with prospects via phone and other communication methods.

• Keep accurate records and customer information in company systems.

• Handle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the day.

• Address objections and guide conversations toward a sale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business-to-business interactions is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers.

• Confident in making cold calls and starting conversations with new contacts.

• Capable of having casual, engaging discussions without relying on a script.

• Strong ability to think on your feet and respond naturally to customer inquiries.

• Proficient at multitasking between phone calls, computer systems, research, and customer data.

• Self-motivated and driven to achieve or surpass sales goals.

• Resilient in the face of rejection and eager to pursue the next opportunity.

• Possess a professional, positive, and personable communication style.

• Strong computer and typing skills are essential.

• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

• Must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY.

• Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST.

• Must have full-time availability, totaling 40 hours per week.

• Paid training, typically lasting 1 week from 8:00am–5:00pm Mon–Fri (CST).

• Benefit eligibility begins on the 1st of the month after 60 days.
