• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and potential clients.

• Manage incoming calls and follow up with interested leads.

• Engage in conversations with business owners, managers, and other key decision-makers.

• Develop rapport and foster relationships through natural dialogue.

• Assess customer requirements to determine the suitability of products/services.

• Present solutions and extend sales proposals in a conversational manner.

• Follow up with leads via phone and various communication channels.

• Keep precise notes and maintain customer data in company systems.

• Juggle multiple conversations, systems, and tasks throughout the day.

• Address objections and guide discussions toward a sale.

• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B preferred.

• Outstanding verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers.

• Self-assured in making cold calls and starting conversations with new contacts.

• Capable of having casual, engaging discussions without depending on a script.

• Quick-thinking and able to respond naturally to customer inquiries.

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks, including phone calls, computer systems, research, and customer data.

• Self-driven and motivated to achieve or surpass sales objectives.

• Resilient in the face of rejection and eager to pursue the next opportunity.

• Professional, positive, and personable communication style.

• Proficient in computer usage and typing skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY.

• Availability to work from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PST, Monday to Friday.

• Paid training, usually lasting one week.

• Eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
