B2B Payments Technical Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborates with essential business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and technology solution providers.

• Collects and documents business, functional, and technology requirements.

• Works in close partnership with the technology delivery team to convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Develops testing scenarios and guides business users through the user acceptance process.

• Evaluates, applies, and forecasts the effects of system changes on business end-users.

• Conducts various types of testing scenarios, including system, integration, readiness, and user acceptance testing.

• Records the business implications of application modifications on existing business processes.

• Identifies challenges at the group level, recommends solutions, and implements them.

• Analyzes and documents business processes and metrics.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

• Two years of experience as a business analyst.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong technical acumen.
