This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent team to take ownership of the full-cycle recruiting process or significant parts of searches within B2B functions.
• Support the development of scorecards, work alongside interview stakeholders to create job descriptions, and maintain knowledge of market trends and insights.
• Build and oversee pipelines for Sales (Account Executive, Enterprise, Sales Development Representative), Partnerships, Customer Success, and B2B Marketing positions, including those at the Director level and above.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders—leading intake meetings, calibrating candidate profiles, and sharing insights on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Drive proactive sourcing and outbound engagement, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GEM, and AI sourcing platforms.
• Craft and communicate a compelling narrative about CookUnity Business, including CU Smart Fridges and MTM, to attract candidates who are aligned with our mission.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and thoughtful engagement during the entire recruitment process.
• Facilitate structured interview processes and debrief sessions, ensuring alignment with CookUnity's values and hiring standards.
• Collaborate on talent branding initiatives to enhance CookUnity's visibility within B2B and GTM talent communities.
• Leverage data to monitor pipeline health, enhance funnel conversion, and accelerate hiring velocity.
• Hands-on expertise with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse).
• Experience in sourcing and securing senior and leadership-level GTM talent.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities - capable of influencing, challenging, and guiding hiring decisions effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to narrate compelling and nuanced stories about the company.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at functioning independently in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of B2B sales and revenue organizational structures, encompassing enterprise and mid-market operations.
• Proven track record of successful hiring for high-growth, product-led or marketplace organizations.
• Over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on B2B GTM roles (Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, B2B Marketing).
