This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take full responsibility for the end-to-end accounts receivable (AR) for a portfolio of global B2B clients.
• Communicate directly with international finance teams to address issues and facilitate cash collection.
• Resolve complicated accounts, disputes, and unusual reconciliations (and rectify them).
• Identify trends, suggest improvements, and enhance our AR processes.
• Oversee the complete AR cycle: allocations, reconciliations, and collections.
• Reach out to international customers via calls and emails to address overdue and intricate items.
• Examine short payments, disputes, PO/tax/currency challenges, and drive resolutions.
• Generate aging and exception reports, emphasizing risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales/events teams to ensure alignment on contracts, billing, and client expectations.
• 3–5 years of solid experience in international AR/Credit Control within a corporate or B2B setting.
• Practical experience engaging directly with international clients and finance teams.
• Excellent command of English – articulate, clear, and professional both on the phone and in writing.
• Demonstrated lateral thinking and problem-solving skills in the AR domain.
• Strong foundational knowledge of AR, along with intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with a mainstream ERP system.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working entirely remotely.
