Azure ServiceNow Developer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery and Service Mapping.

• Connect ServiceNow with Microsoft Azure for the purpose of cloud resource discovery, monitoring, and automation.

• Design and sustain custom scripts, workflows, and integrations utilizing ServiceNow APIs and Azure services.

• Set up MID Servers and guarantee dependable connectivity for both on-premises and cloud environments.

• Enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of ITOM and Azure integrations.

• Assist in incident resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and engage in continuous improvement efforts.

• Record technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent level of experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform.

• Extensive experience with ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

• Practical experience in integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Monitor, Azure APIs, and ARM templates.

• Expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.

• Familiarity with MID Server configuration and infrastructure integrations.

• Understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure management principles.

• Strong analytical skills and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
