Azure Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and improve a live production environment based on Azure.

• Spearhead the transition from Ansible to Terraform.

• Assist in the transition to an event-driven architecture utilizing Azure Service Bus.

• Contribute to the assessment and integration of a third-party AI solution.

• Diagnose issues and enhance performance and reliability.

• Work collaboratively with engineers to implement progressive platform enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure.

• Demonstrated expertise in Terraform within production settings.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline processes.

• Strong troubleshooting and optimization capabilities in live systems.

• Practical knowledge of Ansible (preferably with migration experience).

• Proficient in Python, particularly in data or machine learning contexts.

• Familiarity with Azure ML or Azure Service Bus.

• Experience in integrating third-party AI solutions.

• A foundation in software engineering preceding platform/infrastructure roles.
