This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Install and set up Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspaces, and Application Insights across various Azure resource types.
• Configure diagnostic settings and data collection rules (DCRs) to guarantee appropriate ingestion of logs and metrics.
• Create KQL queries, Azure Monitor Workbooks, and dashboards tailored to client specifications.
• Set up alerts, action groups, and intelligent alerting pipelines based on established thresholds.
• Implement Azure Lighthouse configurations to facilitate cross-subscription and cross-tenant observability.
• Establish incident management tools, alert pipelines, escalation processes, and RCA frameworks as specified by the client.
• Develop automated remediation workflows utilizing Azure Automation and Logic Apps.
• Configure AI-powered monitoring solutions, including anomaly detection and dynamic metrics dashboards.
• Create and provide thorough documentation, encompassing configuration guides and runbooks.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to empower the client team to manage all deployed solutions.
• Over 5 years of practical experience working with Azure, particularly in monitoring and observability.
• Demonstrated experience in installing and configuring Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspaces, and Application Insights.
• Strong expertise in KQL (Kusto Query Language) for constructing queries, workbooks, and alert rules.
• Experience in configuring Azure Lighthouse in multi-subscription and cross-tenant environments.
• Practical experience with Azure Managed Grafana and dashboard development.
• Experience in deploying infrastructure using ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, or Azure Policy.
• Proficient in scripting with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python for automation tasks.
• Experience with incident management and RCA tools within established processes.
• Strong documentation abilities, with a talent for producing clear runbooks and handoff materials.
