Azure AI / Copilot Engineer – Consulting Crew

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development and execution of Azure AI and Copilot solutions utilizing Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI Search, and Copilot Studio.

• Technical integration of Copilot Studio within Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or bespoke applications.

• Creation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) scenarios, knowledge bases, and AI workflows to harness company data in chatbots or digital assistants.

• Development of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, and automations to link external systems.

• Designing MVPs and quick-win solutions that swiftly provide tangible value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of development experience with Microsoft Azure / M365.

• Proficient knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or Copilot Studio.

• Programming capabilities in Python, C#, or TypeScript.

• Understanding of AI architectures, data flows, RAG concepts, and generative AI.

• Interest in LLMs, prompt engineering, and the incorporation of company-specific knowledge into AI systems.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to present technical information clearly and effectively.

• Certifications such as AI-102, AZ-204, AZ-305, or PL-400 are advantageous.

• Proficient German language skills (C1).
