This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, develop, and implement applications and solutions based on AWS.
• Leverage AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
• Construct and manage ETL/data integration workflows utilizing AWS tools such as AWS Glue.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines with AWS tools including CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
• Adhere to security best practices involving IAM, encryption, and compliance protocols.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance performance using CloudWatch and various logging tools.
• Integrate with external APIs and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Remain informed about AWS best practices, new features, and emerging technologies.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in a role as an AWS Developer or Cloud Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python along with experience in ETL/data processing.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Understanding of AWS security protocols, networking, and SQL/database management.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• AWS certifications such as Developer Associate or Solutions Architect are required.
• Background in healthcare or federal environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with ETL tools, REST APIs, and SaaS integrations like ServiceNow, Jira, and Pega.
• Experience with big data, machine learning, or support for legacy systems.
• Knowledge of x12 and healthcare transactions related to claims processing.
• Capability to acquire and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
